House Rules
The Renter will receive and agree to sign the Terms immediately after making the reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Check In 2 pm, Check Out 10 am. A Late Departure Fee will be assessed for late departures.
- Minimum Age to Rent: 25 years
- No pets
- No smoking
- Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
- The number of people present at the property may not exceed the number of people on the reservation.
- The Renter authorizes us to bill the credit cardon file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Use of the Property for criminal activity is prohibited.
- The owner will not be liable to special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including these arising from the use of any pond, boat or deer stand on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the Property to ensure the condition is to you satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged, you should report within 2 hours of arrival. Following the 2-hour period, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You also agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report.
- For your convenience, we supply a limited starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent. Additional supplies may be purchased in Cordele or Ashburn.
- The enclosed garage and outbuildings, as well as some of the closets, are used to store the owner’s belongings, and we ask that you be respectful of them.
