Fishing Rules, Rates & Regulations
Welcome to Sandy Sink. Please review the following fishing package options and rules before booking.
Fishing and/or Lodging Available (No Hunting) During: January 12, 2026 - Sept 12, 2026 -- (Hunting Season Closed These Dates)
Option 1: Fishing (No Boat)
Rates
- • Rate: $100 per person, per day
- • Children: Kids 12 and under fish free (max 3 kids per paying guardian)
Fishing Amenities
- • Ponds: 2 private ponds (4-acre & 10-acre)
- • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- • Moves: Up to 3 pond changes per day
- • Staff Provided: Boat launch and loading included
- • Minimum Age: 25 years old (at least one person)
- • Lodging: Not included
Catch Rules
- • All bass must be released
- • Up to 10 panfish (bream/crappie) may be kept
Option 2: Fishing with Boat
Rates
- • Rate: $250 per person, per day (Includes Boat)
- • Children: Kids 12 and under fish free (max 3 kids per paying guardian)
Fishing Amenities
- • Includes: Boat access (14’ Tracker with trolling motor, 2-person seating)
- • Ponds: 2 available (4-acre & 10-acre)
- • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- • Moves: Up to 3 pond changes per day
- • Staff Provided: Boat launch and loading included
- • Minimum Age: 25 years old (at least one person)
- • Lodging: Not included

- • Children: Kids 12 and under fish free (max 3 kids per paying guardian)
- • Includes: Fishing, lodging, and boat rental

- • Ponds: 2 available (4-acre & 10-acre)
- • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- • Moves: Up to 3 pond changes per day

- • No outside vehicles on property
- • No mail service available
- • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- • Lodge amenities: Starlink internet, Dish TV, full kitchen (no dishwasher)
