Hunting and Lodging Available During: September 13, 2025 - January 11, 2026

• • Rate: $750 per person, per day
• • Stay Requirement: 2-day minimum
• • Group Size: Maximum 4 hunters, 6 total guests (2 non-hunters)

• • Non-hunting adults in lodge: $100/day
• • Guests under 18: Free lodging
• • Hunters 15 & under: Hunt free with paid guardian

• • One buck + one doe per hunter, per booking (same limit for guardian hunting with child 15 & under)
• • Bucks must be 8 points or larger with a 15” outside spread minimum
• • Non-legal buck harvest will result in a $1,000 fine
• • Valid Georgia hunting license required

• • Complimentary fishing included for all guests
• • Boat Rental: $150/day

• • 14 ft Tracker boat with trolling motor
• • 2-person seating, max 2 people per boat
• • Staff will launch and load boat

• • Note: No fishing allowed during hunting hours

• • Maximum of 6 guests (4 hunters + 2 guests)
• • Minimum age to book: 25 years old (at least one person)
• • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• • Starlink internet
• • Dish TV
• • Full kitchen (no dishwasher)

• • Transportation provided between lodge and stands
• • Harvested deer transported to processing facility
• • Hunters cover processing fees
• • No cleaning of deer on the property

• • Brand-new stands, quiet with no road noise
• • 4 enclosed stands
• • 3 double-seated tree stands

• • Rate: $500 per person
• • Group Size: Up to 4 hunters, 6 guests max

• • Same rules as full package above apply

• • 2+ weeks before hunt: 75% refund
• • Less than 2 weeks: No refund

• • Rental agreement signed at checkout
• • Waivers signed at check-in

• • No outside vehicles allowed on property
• • No pets
• • No mail service
